Related topics

This function is used to select the items for which labels are to be printed. Labels can be printed for items on purchase orders, reception notes, items occupying a range of locations in a warehouse, items with the same batch number, and for items which are under serial number tracking.

Selection

Warehouse
Enter the code for the warehouse, where the item you want to print labels for is stocked. This field is mandatory, if you enter a zone/location range, or an item code for an item that is under batch control, or an item code for an item that is under serial number tracking.
Item
Enter an item code. Labels will only be printed for the item code you specify. Purchase order, reception note, or zone/location can be entered with the item code to determine the number of labels to print. This field is mandatory if you enter a batch number, serial number or complete the Zone/Location fields.
Purchase order
Enter a purchase order number with status 60. Labels will only be printed for confirmed reception quantities for the selected purchase order/warehouse. This field becomes mandatory if reception note number, zone/location, or item code is not entered. The Purchase order and Reception note fields cannot be combined.
Reception note
Enter a reception note number. Labels will only be printed for confirmed reception quantities for the reception note/warehouse selected. This field becomes mandatory if purchase order number, zone/location, or item code is not entered. Reception note selection may not be made if a purchase order has been selected.
Batch
Enter a batch number to print labels for a specific item/batch. This is a required entry if purchase order number, reception note, or zone/location are not entered and the item is under batch control.
Serial number
Enter a serial number to print labels for the item. If you have completed one of the Purchase order or Reception note fields and there is a serial tracked item, then the serial number will be retrieved automatically.
Zone/Location
State the interval (from – to) of locations, for which to print labels. The range will be checked to insure that the “to” location is greater than the “from” location. Labels will be printed for the item quantity, that exists in the zone/locations specified. When entering zone and location the Warehouse field has to be completed. This field becomes mandatory if purchase order number, reception note, or item code is not entered. You can combine this field with the Purchase order and Reception note fields.
