On this panel you de-activate senders for events, or activate those which have been de-activated. Note: Initially all users are valid as senders. The purpose of this routine is to prevent all from acting as senders.
Options
| Activate | Select this option for one or more users that have been de-activated and that you want to activate as senders. |
| Inactivate | Initially all users are valid as senders. Select this option for one or more users that you want to de-activate as senders. |
Function keys
| Inactive/All | Toggle between viewing all users or only those which are inactive. The panel sub-heading indicates the selected view mode. |
Selection fields
- Event type
- Displays the name and description of the selected event type.
- Sender
- This column lists all users from Work with signatures, if you are in All mode. In Inactive mode, only those users that have been de-activated as senders are listed.
- Description
- This column lists the names of the users listed in the Sender column.
- Inactive
- Indicates if the user is de-activated as valid sender.
