This panel displays all order lines included in the pick consolidation. Order lines are assigned pick consolidation numbers in the Assign pick consolidation numbers program.
A sales order line can only be included in one pick consolidation. As soon as a sales order line is printed on an individual pick list, without having selected a consolidation number, the sales order line will be disconnected from the pick consolidation. When you print a consolidated pick list, having selected a pick consolidation number on the Pick list printout selection (DMR32001) panel, the pick consolidation connection will be kept and the status will be set to printed on pick list.
A pick consolidation can be empty, i.e. there are no sales order lines included. This could happen when you print individual pick lists, without having selected a pick consolidation number as described above.
You can delete such empty pick consolidations either by running the Reorganise sales and purchase order file program, or by clicking Delete on the Consolidation header (DIR32104) panel in this program.
