Work with R/F instructions, Details (RFHD50201)

This panel displays detailed information about the instructions that are included in the selected R/F batch. The header displays the total values for the whole batch.

Warehouse
Displays the warehouse for which you are currently working with R/F batches.
Total qty
Displays the total quantity of the batch.
Batch
Displays the selected R/F batch number.
Total weight
Displays the total weight of the batch.
Handler
Displays which handler this batch is assigned to. The handler must be defined in Work with signatures.
Total volume
Displays the total volume of the batch.
Resource
Displays the resource allocated to the batch. The resource must exist in the Resource allocations table.
Total ins
Displays the number of instructions that are included in the batch.
Res grp
Priority

Displays the status of the instruction line.

Seq
Displays the manual override sequence number assigned to the R/F batch line, if applicable. This sequence number causes the instruction to be displayed on the R/F terminal in a different order than it would normally. This might be useful in instances when a particular instruction should be carried out immediately rather than in the normal sequence. Select the instruction line to maintain the sequence number on the Additional details panel in Work with R/F instructions.
Zn
Displays the suggested zone for the instruction.
Location
Displays the suggested location for the instruction.
Ref number
Displays the pick suggestion number, put away from bulk suggestion number, replenishment suggestion of item assigned, or stock take list number depending on the instruction type.
Line
Displays the reference line number.
Quantity
Displays the quantity belonging to the instruction line.
Weight
Displays the weight belonging to the instruction line.
Volume
Displays the volume belonging to the instruction line.

This panel displays additional information about the selected instruction. The header displays the total values for the whole batch. From this panel you can maintain and view the sales order header and line notes.

Function keys

Change info Toggle between viewing the pick and put instruction for the R/F instruction line at the bottom part of the panel. This only applies to instruction lines where at least one pick has been done, i.e. the status of the instruction line must be 15.
Line notes Maintain or view the line notes. Sales order line text can be copied into the R/F instruction notes and may be maintained here.
Header notes Maintain or view the header notes. Sales order header text can be copied into the R/F instruction notes and may be maintained here.

Manual seq override
Displays the manual override sequence number assigned to the R/F batch line. This sequence number causes the instruction to be displayed on the R/F terminal in a different order than it would normally. This might be useful in instances when a particular instruction should be carried out immediately rather than in the normal sequence.

Enter a number to determine in what sequence you want this instruction line to be displayed at the R/F batch terminal. The instruction line must be less than or equal to status 10.

Instruction type
Displays a code indicating the instruction type.

Valid codes are:

Zone control
Displays the zone for which the instruction is to be executed for sales orders and movements. This field will display the zone if zone control was selected in Work with warehouses. For stock counts, the field displays the zone in which the item or location should be counted.
Reference no/line
Displays the reference and line number from the pick suggestion number, put away from bulk suggestion number, replenishment suggestion of item assigned, or stock take list number depending on the instruction type.
Pick/Put sequence
Displays the pick or put sequence depending on whether the instruction shown is a PICK or PUT instruction. The pick/put sequence is an optional field in the location definition. If a sequence number is entered, then the R/F batch instructions will sort by pick/put sequence, retrieved from Work with locations, and then location. If zone control is active, then the zone falls before the pick/put sequence in the sorting of the R/F batch instructions.
Status
Displays the status of the instruction line.

Valid codes are:

Zone & location
Displays the suggested zone and location where the instruction will take place.
Item
Displays the item code.
Batch
A value is only shown when the item is batch controlled.

The value has the following meaning depending on the type of instruction:

Type Description
PICK For PICK instructions, this is the suggested batch for picking.
PUT For PUT instructions, this is the suggested or actual batch, depending on if the suggested batch was selected on the corresponding PICK instruction. For example, if the original PICK instruction suggested batch X, but batch Y was picked, then two PUT instructions will be shown in the R/F batch. The original instruction will display batch X on this panel and the new PUT instruction will display batch Y.
COUNT For COUNT instructions, the batch displayed is the batch that should be counted.
Pallet number
Displays the suggested pallet number for pallet pick and put instructions.
Seq
Displays the actual pick or put sequence, depending on if this is a PICK or a PUT instruction.
Zn
Displays the actual zone where the instruction took place.
Location
Displays the actual location where the instruction took place.
Batch
Displays the actual batch when the item is batch controlled.
Pack no
Displays the actual pack number.
Pallet number
Displays the actual pallet number.
Quantity
Displays the actual quantity.
