The purpose of this program is to maintain a manufacturing group order.
- Group order
- Description
- The description of the group order. If the description is left blank the description from the group order type will be retrieved.
- Group order type
- The code from the Manufacturing group order type table indicates the order type that is used.
- Warehouse
- The warehouse where the manufacturing orders connected to the group order will be produced.
If the STKOWNER (Stock Ownership) function is activated in the Function control file, the warehouse entered must be classified as a normal or trade (logical) warehouse (i.e. the Warehouse characteristic flag in Work with warehouses must be set to 1 (normal) or 2 (trade). - Order type
- The code indicates the manufacturing order type that is used for this group order. Only manufacturing orders with this order type can be connected to the group order. Mandatory entry if Report on group is set to YES in the Manufacturing group order type table.
- Limit
- The limit is used to control and calculate the remaining capacity of the manufacturing group order. You can restrain the number of orders added to the group order based on order quantity or workload time.
The value indicates the limit for the manufacturing group order. Depending on the limit type defined in the Manufacturing group order type table, the value can either refer to order quantity or workload time. If the limit type, displayed to the right of this field, is 0 (no limit) this field should be left blank. In all other cases the field is mandatory. Note: The limit entered in this field overrides the value entered in the Manufacturing group order type table.
- Run priority
- The run priority for this group order. Valid values range from 0 through 99, where 99 is the highest priority. Note: The run priority entered in this field overrides the value entered on the operation.
- Run sequence
- The sequence within priority for this group order. Valid values range from 01 through 99, where 01 is the highest priority. Note: The run sequence entered in this field overrides the value entered on the operation.
- Start date
- The date indicates when the group order is planned to be started. This field is protected if Locked is set to YES. Note: The start date of the group order defines what manufacturing orders can be added to the group order. The manufacturing order start date must be equal to or higher than this date if the manufacturing order is to be added to the group order.
- Completion date
- The date indicates when the group order is planned to be ready. This field is protected if Locked is set to YES. Note: The completion date of the group order defines what manufacturing orders can be added to the group order. The manufacturing order completion date must be equal to or less than this date if the manufacturing order is to be added to the group order.
