The entries in this table are used for calculating amounts in different currencies for the same transaction from each other, e.g. system currency amounts, transaction currency amounts and primary currency amounts. Exchange rates can be established that are valid only for one day, one week, one month or a full year. For each exchange rate setup, three exchange rates can be entered; a high, a medium and a low level. Which exchange rate setup that shall be used as default when you enter transactions can be defined in the different control files for A/P, A/R, G/L and DC1 Distribution.
You can add, change, copy or delete records. The exchange rates can be sorted per currency.
