The purpose of this program is to define shipping agents that are used by your company.
Options
| Freight documents | Select this option to work with freight documents connected to the selected shipping agent. Via this option you are also able to enter weight limits for the shipping agent. |
| Freight fees | Only displayed if the FREICALC (Freight fee calculation) function is activated in the Function control file. If you want the system to automatically calculate/apply freight fees, select this option to register the freight fee information per shipping agent. See Set up freight fees for more information about defining/applying freight fees. |
Selection fields
- Shipping agent
- This column lists the shipping agents that have been defined.
- Address 1
- Displays the first address line entered for the shipping agent.
- Address 2
- Displays the second address line entered for the shipping agent.
- Address 3
- Displays the third address line entered for the shipping agent.
- Address 4
- Displays the fourth address line entered for the shipping agent.

On this panel you can define a new shipping agent or maintain address details for an existing shipping agent.
Function keys

Note: The shipping agent entered must exist in the Business partner file and the type must be 2 (supplier) or 3 (both customer and supplier). Note: If the shipping agent exists in the Business partner file the Description and Address will be defaulted to the fields below.
- Address
- Enter the address of the shipping agent on the text lines at your disposal.
- VAT registration no
- Enter the VAT registration number of the shipping agent.
- Certification number
- Enter the certification number of the shipping agent.
Work with shipping agents, Copy (DIR03205)
- Shipping agent
- Displays the code(s) of the shipping agent(s) you selected to copy.
- New shipping agent
- Enter a code to identify the new shipping agent you are defining.
