This is the starting panel for entering control codes per application or function. The control code is, among other things, based on the model number and processor feature of the iSeries. Therefore it can be necessary to get a new control code if the iSeries is upgraded.
If you do not have the correct control code, a panel which informs you about the error will be displayed, whenever you select a menu option belonging to that application or function. Contact your local DC1 office to get a new control code.
If you have a date dependent control code, a warning panel will be displayed when the code expires within 14 days. This warning panel will be displayed whenever you select a menu option belonging to the application (or function) which is about to expire.
