This panel displays object history information for the entries in the Service object file. This information corresponds to one line per invoiced service order.
The following information is displayed:
- the order number
- the job number and order date
- any defined service codes for the order
- the total external invoice value
- the discount given
- the total internal invoice value
- the total cost value
Additionally, a range total can also be viewed regarding:
- the total external and invoice value
- the discount given
- the total cost value
- the object total for the total invoice and cost value
Function keys
| Shift info | Toggle between: External, Discount, Internal and Cost value. |
| Item/engineer level | View summarised order information per item/engineer. |
| Order line level | View order line information. |
- Date from
- Enter the start date from which you want to view range totals for the external and internal invoice, cost values as well as the discount given and all orders corresponding to the specified date.
- Date to
- Enter the end date to which you want to view range totals for the external and internal invoice, cost values as well as the discount given and all orders corresponding to the specified date.
- Range total
- Displays the range total for the total invoice and cost values within a specified date range.
- Object total
- Displays the object total for the total invoice and cost values for all service orders.
