In this file you set up the quota goods codes, thereby limiting the quantity of goods you want to sell during a specific time span.
Options

Selection fields
- Quota goods
- This column lists the quota goods codes.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the quota goods codes.
- Tl
- This column denotes for what time level the quota goods limit was created.
Code Description D Day M Month W Week
- Valid from
- This column lists the date from which the quota goods code is valid.
- Valid to
- This column lists the date to which the quota goods code is valid, if any was defined. If this column is empty, it means that the quota goods code is valid indefinitely.
- Key 1-5
- The keys that were selected on the quota goods header when the code was set up are displayed in these columns.
- Creation date
- This column displays the date that the quota goods code was created.

- Time level
- Mandatory entry. Enter the time level for the quota goods limit.
Code Description D Day M Month W Week
- Valid from
- Mandatory entry. Enter the date from which the quota goods code is valid.
- Valid to date
- Optional entry. Enter the date to which the quota goods code is valid. If you leave this field blank, the quota goods code will be valid indefinitely.
- Quota goods keys
- Enter up to five keys from the DIS control keys file, choosing from the activated item, customer, warehouse and order type related keys. At least one key must be entered.
- Create date
- This field is automatically updated by the system and displays the date that the quota goods code was created.
- Change date
- This field is automatically updated by the system and displays the date that quota goods code was changed.
- User
- This field is automatically updated by the system and displays the user that created the quota goods code.
Work with quota goods, Copy (DSR33005)
- Quota goods
- Displays the quota goods code(s) you selected to copy.
- New quota goods
- Enter the new quota goods code(s) that you are creating.
