On this panel, you define the on-line report default information for the report in the heading. When you are finished defining this information, click OK to return to the previous panel.
- Days to keep report
- Enter the number of days that you want the system to store this report before deleting it. For example, if you enter 3 in this field, the system will keep this report for 3 days before deleting it from the system. If you leave this field blank, the system stores the report for 30 days. Reports are stored in the On-line report file and can be accessed though the select on-line report function.
- Heading lines
- Enter the default number of heading lines you want display when you display this report through the Display on-line report menu item. Valid numbers are 1 to 8. The heading lines are defined in the Report layout. Note: You can change the number of heading lines to be displayed when you view the report through the Display on-line report menu item.
- Connected report
- Enter the report id to connect to the report you are maintaining. Reports that have other reports connected to it, can only be displayed as on-line reports. They cannot be printed or used to create a file. The report types that can be connected to each other are:
- A type 1 can be connected to a type 2
- A type 2 can be connected to a type 1
