In this program you define the transport time from the supplier to the location where the goods will be received. This data is used in the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)/Inventory control (IC) routines within DC1 Supply Plan for all independent warehouses.
The combination Supplier/Manner of transport is adequate for the automatic replenishment handling via the Main warehouse in standard DC1 Distribution.

- Supplier no
- This column lists the supplier numbers for which a transport time has been defined.
- Address no
- Displays an address from the Address file of the related supplier number, as your supplier may have more than one address from where goods are sent to you.
- Warehouse
- Displays a code from Work with warehouses indicating the warehouse where goods are to be received.
- MOT
- Displays a code from Work with manners of transport, indicating how goods are to be delivered from the supplier to the warehouse where they will be received.
- Transport time
- Displays the supplier’s transport time, in days, indicating how long it will take the supplier to deliver the order.
Work with supplier transport times (DMR08604)

- Supplier number

Mandatory entry. The supplier number must exist in the Business partner file.
- Address number
- Should your supplier have more than one address from which goods are sent, you may select and enter an address from the Address file in this field.
- Warehouse
- Enter a code from Work with warehouses indicating the warehouse where goods are to be received. This data is used when purchase orders to external suppliers are manually entered for a sub-warehouse in DC1 Distribution.
- Manner of transport
- Enter a code from the Work with manner of transport indicating how goods are to be delivered from the supplier to the warehouse where they will be received.
- Transport time
- Enter the supplier’s transport time, in days, indicating how long it will take the supplier to deliver the order. Transport time must not exceed 999. A supplier’s transport time is used in the Planning time calculation.

- Displays the supplier numbers you selected to copy.
- Address no
- Displays the address numbers for the supplier numbers you selected to copy.
- Whs
- Displays the warehouses for the supplier numbers you selected to copy.
- MOT
- Displays the manners of transport for the supplier numbers you selected to copy.

- Enter the new supplier numbers that you are creating.
- New address no
- Enter the new address numbers for the new supplier numbers that you are creating.
