This document outlines the different process steps and the order in which these actions should be taken.
From this panel you can retrieve data for a sales and operation plan version from DC1 Inventory Control or from a demand plan.

Create
- SOP
- Mandatory entry. The code that identifies the SOP that is to be updated.
- Start period
- Mandatory entry. The date from the SOP period interval that indicates the first period to be updated. The selected period must be the current period or higher.
- Horizon
- Mandatory entry. The number of weeks/months that the SOP should be created for. The period type of the SOP defines if weeks or months are used.
- Clear before
- Indicates if any existing previous forecasts for the selected periods should be cleared. If NO, the calculated forecast for this run will be added to the SOP forecast. Note: This field is only relevant when multiple demand plans are used to create the SOP. When you create an SOP from DC1 Inventory Control any existing SOP forecasts are always cleared.
Create from
- Inventory control
- This field is only displayed if DC1 Inventory Control is installed and activated. Indicates if a calculated forecast from DC1 Inventory Control should be used in the creation of the sales and operation plan. Note: This field must be set to NO if Demand plan is set to YES.
- Demand plan
- This field is only displayed if the IDP (Demand plan) application is activated. The code that identifies the demand plan that is to be used in the creation of the sales and operation plan. Note: This field must be set to NO if Inventory control is set to YES.
