On this panel you can view and maintain all the different stores of the supplier from where a particular item is to be supplied to the customer if that item is not available in full as per the ordered quantity. This panel is accessed when the Store breakdown option on the Work with customer purchase orders, Order line panel is selected.
Options
| Zero quantity | Select this option to null the quantity of the item that needs to be supplied from a particular store of the supplier. |
Selection fields
- Customer
- Displays the name of the customer who sent the purchase order.
- CPO number
- Displays the selected customer purchase order number.
- Order date
- Displays the date when the order was entered into the system.
- TCN
- Displays the transaction code number.
- Line
- Displays the order line number of the item in the CPO.
- GTIN
- Displays the Global Trade Item Number.
- Item number
- Displays the code for the ordered item.
- To store
- Displays the code of the store where the items needs to be delivered, that is, the customer end.
- For store
- Displays the code of the store from where the goods needs to be replenished, that is, that is, the supplier end.
- Quantity
- Displays the quantity of items that needs to be supplied from the For store to the To store.

On this panel you can maintain and view the store details.
- Customer
- Displays the name of the customer who sent the purchase order.
- CPO number
- Displays the selected customer purchase order number.
- Order date
- Displays the date when the order was entered into the system.

- Displays the quantity of items that needs to be supplied from the For store to the To store. The field can be changed in Maintenance mode.
