Customer open order time axis enquiry, Order lines (DMR15201)

This program is used to access and display details regarding specific open order lines for a customer or debtor. In those cases where a customer is a parent company in a customer structure, details of its subsidiaries are also included, if this function was chosen on the previous Customer open order time axis enquiry panel. Some details on this panel may vary, depending on whether an entire structure or only a single customer has been previously selected.

Options

Order Select this option to view the sales order details to which each of the open order lines belong.
Order line Select this option to view the sales order line enquiry details of the each open order lines.

Function keys

Shift info This function is only available in cases where a parent company (including its subsidiaries) or a debtor has been selected on the previous panel. Toggle the view on this panel.

Selection fields

Customer
Displays the name and number of the customer that you are currently working with.
Debtor
Displays the name and number of the debtor with which you are working, if this was selected on the previous panel.
Dsp dt
This column heading lists the dispatch date for each order line.
Order
This column heading lists the order number to which each order line belongs.
Line
This column heading lists each record’s order line number.
Customer
This column heading is only listed when Shift info has been selected, in cases where a parent company and all its subsidiaries records are being displayed. This column heading displays to which of the customers in the structure this order line belongs.
Item
This column heading lists the item in the order line. This field may also display Customer if Shift info has been depressed and if a parent company and all its subsidiaries records are being displayed.
Total incl tax
This column displays the total amount, including taxes, for the order line. This is displayed in the system currency.
