On this panel you define when your deliveries will be made to your customer.
Function keys
View reception dates/Maintain reception dates | Toggle to view/maintain your customer’s reception dates. |
- Number
- Displays the customer code.
- Address number
- Displays the address number.
- Day (1-7)
- Set YES on the days that your customer can receive a delivery. These weekdays are used in conjunction with the fields to the right of them. Note: All dates are automatically checked against the Calendar file. There will be no deliveries on the days that have been marked as holidays.
- Recep time fr
- Reception times are defined in time frames. For example, your delivery may arrive at your customer’s site between 9:00 and 11:00. Enter the reception (starting-from) time.
- Recep time to
- Reception times are defined in time frames. For example, your delivery may arrive at your customer’s site between 9:00 and 11:00. Enter the reception (end) time. Your delivery should have reached your customer’s site by this time.
Business partner file maintenance, Customer reception days (DIR41302)
This panel displays all of the dates (including times), listed from today’s date, that have been defined as the days when your customer will receive a delivery of goods. If you toggle All days/Rec days, the panel will display all working days. Your customer’s valid reception dates will then be set to YES in the Rec column.
From this panel you can add, view, or delete a reception date or change the time frame of an existing one.

Selection fields
- Number
- Displays the customer code.
- Address number
- Displays the customer’s address number.
- Reception date
- This column lists your customer’s reception dates.
If you toggle All days/Rec days, this column will also list all working days which are automatically checked against the Calendar file. There will be no deliveries on the days that have been marked as holidays. The working days are only displayed for your convenience. They cannot be maintained.

- This column lists the applicable year and week number of each date.

- Reception times are defined in time frames. For example, your delivery may arrive at your customer’s site between 9:00 and 11:00. This column lists each individual reception (starting-from) time of the frame.
- Recep time to
- Reception times are defined in time frames. For example, your delivery may arrive at your customer’s site between 9:00 and 11:00. This column lists each individual reception (end) time of the frame. Your delivery should have reached your customer’s site by this time.
- Rec
- This column indicates if the related date is currently valid as reception day for your customer’s delivery address.

On this panel you can add, change, or view a reception date and time.
- Number
- Displays the customer code.
- Address number
- Displays the customer’s address number.
- Date
- Enter the reception date.

Customer reception days, Add/Change/Delete (DIR41306)
In this window, you can add or change a range of dates, but also delete an existing one. The subheading differs depending on which function key you pressed on the previous panel.
- Add/Change/Delete dates
- This field name differs depending on which function key you pressed on the previous panel. You can either:
- enter a new range of dates,
- change an existing range or a time frame, or
- delete an existing range.
- Recept time from-to
- This field is only displayed if you are changing a range of dates. Enter the new time frame.
