- This column lists the objects for which authority control is being implemented on authority group level.

On this panel you connect objects, for example, accounts and summary id’s, to the selected authority group and define what type of authority should be implemented for the object.

- The description is retrieved automatically.
- Default value
- Enter the default value, which defines the authority of the object for the selected authority group. The objects that are not defined in this table will be handled as those with the code for Default value set to 0. During the setup of the authority control function, the 0 code is useful until the setup is completed.
Value Description 0 No authority check control will be performed when users access the object. Note: All users can access the object. You cannot override the authority defined here, if the default value is 0. 1 An authority check control will be performed when users access the object. The default authority is that all users can access the object. Note: The authority defined here for the user, is overridden if you define another authority for the object on the Authority detail panel or the Routine authority per user and object panel. 2 An authority check control will be performed when users access the object. The default authority is that no user can access the object.
