Service agreement enquiry, Object conditions (SOR11004)
This panel displays the conditions for service objects that have been assigned to the agreement.
- Customer
- Displays the customer number that is connected to the agreement.
- Item
- Displays the item, from the Service object file, that is connected to the agreement.
- Serial number
- Displays the serial number, from the Service object file, that is connected to the agreement.
- Estimated unit price
- Displays the estimated value that this particular object represents of the agreement price. The price shown is for informational purpose only.
- Response time type
- The type from the Time definition type table indicates the promised response time to the customer.
- Completion time type
- The completion time type from the Time definition type table indicates the promised problem solution time to the customer.
