In this enquiry program you can display the asset balances and transactions. This first panel displays all existing assets in the system. The system automatically selects the main depreciation type and current year for the first selection, but you may change these parameters on the panel you reach by clicking Change depr type/year. Note that disposed assets are not included in this enquiry. Use the disposal enquiry for those assets instead.

Selection fields
- Depreciation type
- Displays the currently selected depreciation type, description and year for which asset balances and transactions are displayed. Click Change depr type/year to change type and year.
- Asset number
- This column lists the disposed asset numbers.
- Seq
- This column displays the sequence number of each disposed asset.
- Type
- This column displays the asset type.
- Group
- This column displays the asset group.
- Acq value
- This column displays the acquisition value of each disposed asset.
- Depreciation
- This column displays the accumulated depreciation amount for the selected year.
- Residual value
- This column displays the residual value of each disposed asset, if Residual value is set to YES for the depreciation type.
Asset balance enquiry (AACD25004)
This panel displays detailed asset balance information for the selected asset.

- Asset number
- Displays the asset number of the selected asset.
- Short description
- Displays the short description of the selected asset.
- Depreciation type
- Displays the depreciation type for which asset balances are displayed. You may change to another type.
- Depreciation rule
- Displays the depreciation rule defined for the depreciation type of the selected asset.
- Year
- Displays the depreciation year for which asset balances are displayed. You may change to another year.
- Acquisition period
- Displays the acquisition period of the selected asset.
- Last depr period
- Displays the latest depreciation period of the selected asset.
- First depr period
- Displays the first depreciation period of the selected asset.
- Final depr period
- Displays the final depreciation period of the selected asset.
- Acquisition value
- Displays the acquisition value of the selected asset.
- Depr opening balance
- Displays the opening depreciation balance of the selected asset in the selected depreciation year.
- Non depreciable am
- Displays the amount which is not depreciable for the selected asset.
- Depreciation YTD
- Displays the accumulated depreciation amount year to date for the selected asset.
- Disposal amount
- Displays the disposal amount.
- Residual value
- Displays the current residual value of the selected asset, if Residual value is set to YES for the depreciation type.
- Account
- Displays the account that has been used for posting depreciations.
- Period name
- For each period of the selected year, the depreciation amount according to the selected depreciation type is displayed.

On this panel you change the depreciation type and/or depreciation year for the asset balance enquiry.
- Depreciation type
- Enter the depreciation type for which you want to display asset balances and transactions.
- Year
- Enter the depreciation year for which you want to display asset balances and transactions.
