This panel displays existing company replication sets. You can, optionally, send a company replication set and all its files to the trigger tables, thus overriding the libraries from the replication set.
Options
Initial load | Select this option to create triggers and load the target files for this Company replication set. This can be done from the Company replication set for all files that exist within the set or on individual file level on the Work with BCF replication sets, Companies panel. Note: If data already exists in the source files it is recommended to run this option. |
Create trigger | Select this option to create triggers for this Company replication set. This can be done from the Company replication set for all files that exist within the set or on individual file level on the Work with BCF replication sets, Companies panel. |
Delete trigger | Select this option to delete triggers for this Company replication set. This can be done from the replication set for all files that exist within the set or on individual file level on the Work with BCF replication sets, Companies panel. |

- Company
- This column lists the identification of the company.
- Description
- This column lists the description for the company.
Work with BCF replication sets, Companies (BIRD00304)
On this panel you define the parameters for the company replication set.
- Company
- Enter the identification of the company.
- Description
- Enter the description for the company.
- Source library
- Enter the library from where you are replicating data.
- Target library
- Enter the library to where you want the data replicated.
- DC1 system library
- Enter the DC1 system library if the source library is an DC1 database library. This will allow you to select from the available DC1 files that exist in the DC1 database library when you are adding your files for replication.
Work with BCF replication sets, Companies, Copy (BIRD00305)
On this panel you enter the copy parameters.
- Company
- Displays the company you chose to copy.
- New company
- Enter the new company.

Work with BCF replication sets, Companies, Initial load (BIRD00311)
This panel displays the companies that should be replicated. The triggers will be created and the files loaded according to when you indicate that the update should start.
The initial load can only be run when the file(s) is not locked. To check if any of the files are locked, you can do this on the following two levels:
- Initial load on the initial panel for the replication set. If the Locked files field is set to YES you cannot run it. You have to drill down to file level to check which files are locked.
- Initial load directly on file level.
Note: Take the necessary steps to unlock the file.

- Displays the replication set and its description to which this company and its files belong.
- Company
- Displays the company identification.
- Description
- Displays the company description.
- Locked files
- Indicates if the files for this company are locked.
- Start update at
- Indicate when the triggers should be created and the loading of the target files should take place and click OK. Valid values are Hour + Minute. Leave the field blank if you want it to start immediately.

This panel displays the companies that should be replicated. The triggers will be created according to when you indicate that the update should start.
- Replication set
- Displays the replication set and its description to which the companies belong.
- Company
- Displays the company identification.
- Description
- Displays the company description.
- Locked files
- Indicates if the files for this company are locked.
- Start update at
- Indicate when the creation of triggers should take place and click OK. Valid values are Hour + Minute. Leave the field blank if you want it to start immediately.
