This panel displays the existing enquiry programs that have been set up in your system.

Search fields | Select this option to use the search fields to find one or several enquiry programs. These search fields may be manually defined or automatically created by the system. |

- Program
- This column lists the enquiry programs that have been installed for a company.
- Description
- Displays the enquiry program description which is displayed in the Enquiry program selection program.
- App
- Displays the application to which the program belongs.
- Subset
- Displays the subset to which the program belongs.
Work with enquiry programs (GDMD10504)
All the enquiry programs are preloaded at installation for the applications installed for your company. The entries are used in Work with DC1 User profiles, where an enquiry program can be defined for each of the upper function keys for each user and application. When in an application, the user will then reach the enquiry programs defined for the specific application by clicking the keys.
The twenty programs named GDMC401 – GDMC420 can be used for windows that you create yourself and want to retrieve as ordinary enquiry programs.

- Enter the subset to which the program belongs.
- Identity
- PTF/Mod number
- If the PTF and modification number are defined as mandatory entries for the subset in Work with subsets you must complete these fields. The validation rules, if any, are also defined in Work with subsets.
Work with enquiry programs, Copy (GDMD10505)
- Program
- Displays the program(s) you selected to copy.
- New program
- Enter the new program name that you are creating.
