In this routine you print a cost control report and at the same time have the possibility to create manufacturing order statistics.
- Select the Work with reports/jobs – MFG orders menu item.
- You access Work with batch jobs. Select COST_CONTR and click Submit job.
- You access Manufacturing order cost control. At least one of the following fields must be completed:
- Reorganise all order with less compl date
- Enter a date indicating what manufacturing orders should be selected. Manufacturing orders at status 60 (completed) with a completion date that is equal to or less than the date entered in this field will be selected for the printout and statistics creation.
- Project number
- Enter a project number indicating what manufacturing orders should be selected. Manufacturing orders that are connected to the selected project will be selected.
- M-order number
- Enter the number of the manufacturing order that should be selected.
- Divergent +/- %
- This field should be left blank if Create statistics is set to YES.
- Print cost control
- Indicate if the cost control report should be printed.
- Create statistics
- Indicate if statistics should be created for the selected manufacturing orders. If YES, then the order status will be changed from 60 (completed and closed) to 99 (closed). Note: When a manufacturing order is closed with status 99 it is not possible to re-open the order. The order remains in the operational files and is available for enquiries and can be used in the “copy from order” routine. For this task, set this field to YES.
Use the following selection fields on the panel to further define the selection of orders.
Click OK. The selected manufacturing orders will be included in the printout and statistics will be created, if requested. Exit the routine.
