This panel is displayed when the warehouse on the sales order is defined with package reporting on Header level (H). When it is first displayed during pick confirmation, it does not contain any values. After entering the Number of packages and clicking OK, the package number will be generated. The system will generate as many package lines as the number of packages entered.
Options

Print labels | Select this option to print labels for a package. No specifications can be printed from Header level since the detailed information needed to print specifications (i.e. in which package a certain order line is packed) is not available on this level. |
Function keys
Retrieve freight fee | Only displayed if the FREICALC (Freight fee calculation) function is activated in the Function control file. Retrieve a freight fee based on the set up in the system. Will override any manually entered fee. |
- Pick list number
- Displays the pick list number being confirmed.
- Customer
- Displays the customer from the first sales order included in the pick list.
- Address number
- Displays the delivery address number for the customer from the first sales order included in the pick list.
- Number of packages
- Mandatory entry. Enter the number of packages required. If no packages shall be created, you must enter 0 (zero). The system will generate as many package lines as the number of packages entered and display the number in the Package number column. The total net weight of the pick list is retrieved and distributed equally among the packages. If a default package type is defined for the warehouse, the weight of the default package type from the Warehouse table is added to each line.
- Terms of delivery
- Displays the terms of delivery from the first sales order included in the pick list.
- Manner of transport
- Displays the manner of transport from the first sales order included in the pick list. When the package records have been created (after entering the number of packages and clicking OK), this field will open for input allowing you to change the manner of transport. However, if the PRMOTTOD (Protect MOT/TOD) function is activated in the Function control file and the order is defined with pick list but without transport note, and has at least one order line printed on pick list, this field cannot be changed.
- Freight fee
- If the FREICALC (Freight fee calculation) function is activated in the Function control file, a freight fee could have been automatically calculated by the system at sales order entry depending on how the system was set up, (i.e. based on the weight of the goods or a fee per package regardless of the weight). The freight fee at that stage was considered preliminary. The freight fee calculation for the real fee is performed during this pick list confirmation process. This field displays any automatically calculated fee or manually entered/changed freight fee.
- Currency
- Displays the currency for the orders included in the pick list from the first sales order included in the pick list.
- Package number
- This column lists the package number generated.
- Pack type
- This column lists the package type.
- Weight
- This column lists the retrieved weight, if any, depending on the set up in the system. Optionally enter a weight.
- Volume
- This column lists the retrieved volume, if any, depending on the set up in the system. Optionally enter the volume of the package. If left blank, the volume will automatically be retrieved from the Package type table if package type is defined with Total volume set to YES.
- Marking
- This column lists a description of the package.
- Total pick list
- Displays the total weight and total volume of the package lines for the pick list.
- Total order
- Displays the total weight and total volume for all order lines on the order that have been pick confirmed but not invoiced.

This panel displays the details of the package line and is displayed in add and change and display mode.
