On this panel you enter the catch weight quantity for the order line. Multiple catch weights can be entered for one order line, allowing you to have a separate weight for each individual item. All catch weights are then accumulated to be the price unit quantity for the order line and will also be used to re-calculate the order line value.
The Quantity to add field displays the quantity that must be reported. As you report the quantity, this quantity decreases and the quantity in the Total actual qty and Total CW quantity increases. If you want to change a reported quantity, click the Chg qty, catch weight function key. When the entire quantity has been reported, click the Confirm catch weight function key.
Function keys

- Displays the warehouse for the order/picking line.

- Displays the picking number.

- Displays the picking line number.
- Order unit
- Displays the sales order line unit.
- Total actual qty
- Displays the total reported quantity according to the latest entered dispatch unit.
- Quantity to add
- Displays the remaining quantity for which catch weight needs to be reported.
- Total CW qty
- Displays the total reported catch weight quantity according to the latest entered catch weight unit.
- Seq
- This column lists the sequence number.
- Report qty
- This column lists the reported quantity in entered sales unit. If you want to change the reported quantity, click the Chg qty, Catch weight function key. That function key will open this field for input.
- Unit
- This column lists the unit for the reported quantity. If you want to change the unit for the reported quantity, click the Chg qty, Catch weight function key. That function key will open this field for input.
- Rep CW qty
- This column lists the reported catch weight quantity in entered catch weight unit. If you want to change the reported catch weight quantity, click the Chg qty, Catch weight function key. That function key will open this field for input.
- Unit
- This column lists the unit for the reported catch weight quantity. If you want to change the unit for the reported catch weight quantity, click the Chg qty, Catch weight function key. That function key will open this field for input.
- Ord CW qty
- This column lists the reported catch weight quantity recalculated into catch weight unit (price unit) defined on the sales order line.
- Stock qty
- This column lists the reported quantity in stock unit.
