Manufacturing order enquiry, Expand by order/totals or Expand by order/per unit (PRO209F)

This panel displays all the orders (sub-orders and parent) and their elements sorted by order. The lines will be presented first by order number (lowest first), then the order’s element, next order and its element and so on.

Options

Costing view Select this option to view the costing view for orders (parent and sub-orders).

Function keys

Shift info Toggle to view the Expand by order view per totals or per unit. The sub-title of the panel changes accordingly.
Item
The code and description that identify the item.
Warehouse
Status
The code indicates the status of the manufacturing order.

Valid codes are:

Variant
Drawing no
The drawing number of the item.
Unit
The stock or structure unit of the item. See Structure unit handling for more information.
Order number
The manufacturing order number.
Item version
The item version number. This number is retrieved from the Item file.
Order quant
The sum of planned order quantity and divergent quantity.
Prod quant
The product quantity for the item.
Order PC
The order’s product costing value.
Order CC
The order’s cost control value.
Description
The first line displays the sub-order and its total for the selected sub-order (Product costing, Cost control and difference). Below the sub-order, the elements for the sub-order are displayed. Then the next sub-order is displayed followed by its elements, etc.
Pc amount
The calculated product costing amount for each element line. Calculations are based upon equations defined for each element line in the cost model. When in unit mode, displays the calculated amount per unit.

For the line displaying the order number and item, the product costing value represents the total of all included costing element.

Cc amount
The calculated cost control amount for each element line. Calculations are based upon equations defined for each element line in the cost model. When in unit mode, displays the cost control amount per unit. For the line displaying the order number and item, the cost control value represents the total of all included costing element.
Difference
The difference in amount, between product costing and cost control amount. When in unit mode, displays the difference between product costing and cost control amount per unit.
