Work with standard documents (GDMD3834)
The entries in this table can be used to retrieve standard texts to different types of documents. You can create several document groups, which in turn contain several documents. The actual text in each document can be defined in different languages.
A document group called GREETINGS is created. This document group contains four different documents:

| EASTER | English Happy Easter |
| SUMMER | English Have a nice summer |
| NEWYEAR | English Happy New Year |
When text is entered using the general Text Editor program (which can be accessed from a vast number of programs within DC1), the text in any of the standard documents can be retrieved.

- Enter the name of the document group(s) to which you are copying.
