On this panel you assign or de-assign users to specific signatures for DC1 Alert Management as well as for use in external business partner contacts. The users are retrieved from the Work with DC1 user profiles file.
Options
Assign | Select this option to assign the user. |
Set default | Select this option to set the user as the default user. Only one user may be set as the default per signature. |
Deassign | Select this option to de-assign the user. Only those users that have been previously assigned can be de-assigned. |
Function keys
All/Active | Toggle between viewing all users and only those that have been assigned to this signature. |
Selection fields
- Signature
- Displays the signature and name/description of the record you are currently assigning users to.
- User
- Under this column heading all users from the signature table are listed, when in All mode. In Active mode, only those users that have been assigned to this signature will be listed. Toggle the different modes by using the applicable function key.
- Description
- Under this column heading the name of the user/group listed in the User column is displayed.
- Active
- This field is set to YES if the user has been assigned to this signature. Otherwise the field is blank.
- Dfl
- This field is set to YES if the user has been assigned as the default for this signature. Otherwise the field is blank. Only one user may be set as the default per signature.
This field is also used by the print control functionality when retrieving a handler’s contact information (i.e. fax number, phone number and/or e-mail address) to be printed on external documents, such as sales order confirmations and invoices.
