This program is used to update project transactions into the Project transaction statistics file. The statistics file records are updated for transactions where the project type Add to statistics field is set to YES. This will also update the Balance value file.
Note: Planned cost is the total cost for the project element line. This is created/updated to the first period for the element line and can only be used as a total balance in the BIW reports.
