This program lists the files that a selected program converts. You can add new or remove files, but note that if this is done the conversion program source has to be changed accordingly. You also define the security file which is used for re-start purposes. In total only five included files are allowed for every conversion program.
Options
| Add | Select this option to add a record. Note: If a file is added, the conversion program source has to be changed accordingly. |
| Delete | Select this option to delete/inactivate a record. Note: If a file is removed, the conversion program source has to be changed accordingly. |
| Rounding rules | Select this option to work with/view rounding rules for the different fields included in the file converted by the conversion program. |

- Release
- Displays the selected release.
- Program
- Displays the selected conversion program.
- File
- This column the files that the selected conversion program converts.
- Description
- This column lists the description of the file.
- Security file
- This column lists the name of the security file that temporarily stores the contents of the converted file during the conversion.

On this panel you enter/change the details.
- Release
- Displays the selected release.
- Program
- Displays the selected conversion program.
- File
- Enter the file name that the selected conversion program converts. Note: This must correspond with the conversion program source.
- Security file
- Enter the name of the security file that temporarily stores the contents of the converted file during the conversion. The security file is used if a re-start is needed. Note: The naming of the security file is limited to be in the range of ASWWORK01 to ASWWORK05.
