This panel is used by the Forward maintenance routine. It allows you to view all of the target records, i.e. all of the records from the Item file, that have been selected for update. From this panel you can also Exclude selected items from the update.
Note: Items are selected according to the search criteria that was defined for the proposal on the Work with forward maintenance proposals, Item selection panel.
Options
| Exclude | There may be some target items which you do not wish to update. Select this option to exclude these items from being updated. |
| Include | Select this option to include previously excluded items, i.e. that you wish to have them included in the update. |
Selection fields

- Indicates if the item is excluded from the update.

Click OK to confirm that you wish to exclude the items listed on this panel from being update. Click Back to cancel.
