This table outlines the functions that can be accessed from the function list in the Work with sales quotation, Quotation header, main info 1 panel.
Function list
| Hold reasons | Add a hold reason or work with existing hold reasons for a sales quotation. |
| Profit enquiry | View profit margin information for the sales quotation or sales quotation line. Note: This function cannot be used if a component is displayed and the structure type has the price calculation code set to 1, 3, or 4. If this is the case, then the sales price and cost for the whole structure are added to the parent item which will display the profit. |
| Line connection | Access the Line connections enquiry to view the line connections for the whole sales quotation or the specific sales quotation line. |
| Order summary disc reset & calc | Reset and recalculate the order summary discount. |
| Message creator | The MANUALQUL2 event type must be activated in the Event type table to be able to use this function.
Manually create an alert message to be sent to the applicable receiver. See Configuring the system to send/receive alerts for more information. |
| Maintain program functions | Access the Program function key maintenance to work with the functions available in the program in which you are working. |
