Maintain portfolio details

  1. Select the Work with A/R portfolio information menu item.
  2. You access A/R portfolio maintenance. All documents that have been entered with a payment document type connected to a portfolio type are shown. You can switch between draft/bill type documents and cheque type documents by clicking Cheques.
  3. You access A/R portfolio maintenance, Cheques. The Status column displays the status:
  4. Code Description
    0 Entered/Created
    1 Remitted to bank (for drafts/bills)
    2 Payment confirmed (for drafts/bills)
    3 Transaction paid (for drafts/bills)
    4 Closed (for drafts/bills)
    9 Cancelled

    Select a document.

  5. You access A/R portfolio maintenance. Depending on the status and type of document, the panel will display different information. Most fields are protected, but the following may be changed for documents that have not yet been remitted to bank, or are closed:
  6. Due date
    Remittance stop code
    Closing stop code

    Exit the routine.
