This panel displays detailed order line, batch and production plan information for the entered item and warehouse retrieved from the Time axis file.
The following information is displayed on this panel:
- Order lines and/or Batch lines within the planning time. Note: The Sales order lines within the planning time do not influence the available quantity.
- Order lines and/or Batch lines outside the planning time.
Options
Order | This option can only be used for order lines. Select this option to access the order enquiry program. This option is not valid for Temporary and Project orders. |
Order line | This option can only be used for order lines. Select this option to access the Detailed order line 1 panel in the order enquiry program. This option is not valid for Temporary and Project orders. |
Pegging | This option is only displayed if DC1 Manufacturing is installed and activated. Select this option to move one level in the structure. This option can only be used for manufacturing order lines, and is not valid for Temporary and Project orders. |

- Item
- Displays the selected item and description.
- Warehouse
- Displays the selected warehouse code.
- ESD pl time
- If an earliest shipment date exists for the item in the Item file/Supplier information file and if Earliest ship date less today's date is greater than normal lead time, then this field is displayed. The planning time in days and the arrival date are displayed and calculated based on that date. For normal deliveries (i.e. not BtB), this is the sum of the lead time (Earliest ship date less today's date) and transport time. For BtB transit deliveries it is the sum of BtB lead time and transportation time.
- Net on hand
- Pr date buf
- Displays the promised date buffer that is defined in the DIS control file. This is the number of days a sales order should be delayed if the full quantity is not available. This field is only displayed in inventory mode.
- Available
- This field is only displayed if you have selected to view order line information for a normal item in a specific warehouse (i.e. not if you are viewing information for all warehouses (999)). Displays the quantity that is availbale in the selected warehouse.
- T
- This column displays a code denoting the type of order that is connected to the item.
Code Description S Sales order P Purchase order M+ Manufacturing order M- Reservation to manufacturing order PR Project order (i.e. type 50) MO Manual order (i.e. type 10) TO Temporary order (i.e. type 30 and 40) MR Manual reservation (i.e. type 20) IS Internal replenishment sales order, delivery from whs IP Internal replenishment purchase order, delivery to whs BCH Batch which matures or expires
- P
- For sales orders, this column displays a priority code from the Sales order priority code table denoting the priority of the sales order line. Valid codes are from 1-9 where 1 has a higher priority than 9.
- Order
- This column displays the order number.
- Name/Bch/Desc
- This column displays the following information:
- For sales and purchase orders, displays the customer/supplier name.
- For batch controlled items, displays the batch identification.
- For internal replenishment orders, displays the identification of the warehouse where goods are being delivered from/to.
Note: For manufacturing orders this column is blank.
For project orders in DC1 Manufacturing, this column displays the identification of the project phase.
- OT
- This column displays the order type of the order line.
- Handler
- For sales orders, this column displays the handler of the order. For purchase and manufacturing orders, this column displays the handler of the order.
- Parent item
- This column is only applicable for reservations to manufacturing orders (order type M-). Displays the parent item for which this component is reserved.
- NCC number
- This column is only displayed if the NCC-SELL (NCC selling) function is activated in the Function control file. Displays the Non-conforming certificate number. Only applicable for lines of type S (Sales order). If the NCC number is displayed, the sales order line or the sales quotation line has a reservation of the quantity against the NCC. The NCC quantity is not included in the Available quantity.
- Rec/Ma
- This column displays the following information:
- For purchase, manufacturing orders and manual orders, displays the reception time.
- For batches with date handling, displays the date from which this batch is available for sale (same as Incubation date from the Batch file).
Note: For manufacturing order reservations, this column is blank.
- Del/Ex
- This column displays the following information:
- For sales orders, manual reservations and reservations for manufacturing orders, displays the dispatch time.
- For batches with date handling, displays the date from which this batch is no longer available for sale (same as Last arrival date from the Batch file).
- St
- This column displays a code denoting the status of the order line. Depending on the type of order, the valid status codes are:
- Quantity
- This column displays the quantity on the order line or batch.
- Allocation
- For sales orders, this column is set to YES if the order is placed on allocation.
- Avail/day
- This column displays the available quantity per day.
- Outside planning time
- The same information is displayed for the columns described above (i.e. from the T column to the Avail/day column), but outside the planning time.
