This panel displays the different conversion factors between the reporting unit of the selected commodity code and the sales/purchase units.

Selection fields
- Commodity code
- Displays the selected commodity code for unit conversion.
- Reporting unit
- Displays the existing reporting unit for the selected commodity code.
- Unit
- This column lists the sales/purchase units that have been defined with a conversion factor to be used for the reporting currency of the selected commodity code.
- Text
- Displays the description of the sales/purchase unit.
- Conv. fact.
- Displays the conversion factor between the reporting unit of the selected commodity code and the defined sales/purchase unit.

On this panel you maintain the conversion factor between the reporting unit of this commodity code and the sales/purchase unit.
Function keys
- Commodity code
- Displays the selected commodity code.
- Reporting unit
- Displays the reporting unit of the selected commodity code.
- Unit
- Enter the sales or purchase unit you want to convert to the reporting unit.
- Conversion factor
- Enter a conversion factor between the sales/purchase unit and the reporting unit.
For example, if the sales unit is bottles, but the reporting unit is litre, you enter how many litres one bottle is. If a bottle is 0,75 litre, the conversion factor will be 0,75.
You can enter a maximum of 6 integers and 9 decimals, and this is the number of figures the system works with internally.
Note: You have to define a conversion factor for all sales and purchase units you use for this commodity code.
