This program is used to connect request codes to a note ID. If the Ext request code is defined on the Requests and returns header, with the request code for which text is connected, the text will be retrieved. A validity period via a Valid from/to date can also be defined. This allows you to determine how long any text that you want to connect will be valid.

Selection fields
- Note type
- Displays the note type you selected to work with.
- Note id
- Displays the selected note ID that you selected to connect a request code to on the previous panel.
- Request code
- This column lists the request codes that have been connected to this note ID.
- Description
- This column lists the request code descriptions.
- Valid from
- If any valid from date has been defined, this column displays the date from which the note for this note type and note ID is valid for the request code.
- Valid to
- If any valid to date has been defined, this column displays the date to which the note for this note type and note ID is valid for the request code.
Work with notes, Request codes (GDMD19004)
On this panel you select the request code that you want to connect to the note ID and optionally define the validity period.
- Note type
- Displays the type of note that you are working with.
- Note id
- Displays the note ID that you have selected to connect a request code to.
- Request code
- Enter the applicable request code. This field cannot be changed.
- Valid from
- Optional entry. Enter the date from which the note for this note type and note ID will be valid for this request code. If this field is left blank, the note will be valid immediately.
- Valid to
- Optional entry. Enter the date to which the note for this note type and note ID will be valid for this request code.
