This panel is used to view particular days of the week, for which dispatch is allowed. It can be accessed from the following:
- Business partner file enquiry (Address file (GDMD2041) panel.
- Item file enquiry.

- Number
- Displays the number that identifies the supplier.
- Address number
- Displays the code that identifies the address of the supplier as defined in the Business partner file, Address file panel. This header is only displayed if this panel was accessed via the Business partner file enquiry.

Note: In some countries, the official start of the week is a Sunday, which may change the order in which these fields are listed on the panel.
Suppliers dispatch days, Dispatch dates (DIR41102)
This panel allows the user to view the various dates. These include the dates on which dispatches have been noted as permissible. Some of these dates may be displayed as either, excluded, or included, from the schedule due to special circumstances (e.g., holidays). This indicates that the usual criteria does not apply on those dates.
- Number
- Displays the number of the supplier defined for this transaction.
- Address number
- Displays the code that identifies the address of the supplier as defined in the Business partner file, Address file panel. This header is only displayed if this panel was accessed via the Business partner file enquiry.
- Dispatch date
- Under this heading, the relevant dispatch days, in date form, are listed.
- Day
- This column lists the day of the week that the dispatch corresponds to.
- Week
- This column lists the week of the year that the applicable dispatch date belongs to.
- Excluded
- Records under this column, marked with a YES, indicate what particular dates have been excluded as possible dispatch dates (e.g., public holidays).
- Included
- Dates which were previously excluded, or special dates that do not fall under the rules for exclusion of dispatch, are displayed under this column (for example this may be a dispatch that was rescheduled in order to accommodate for a public holiday).
