DC1 Manufacturing is fully integrated with the entire system, which allows for immediate update of time axis and stock on hand.
The order handling routine handles the manufacturing order processing cycle, as well as entry of block orders and group orders. Manufacturing orders can be created from DC1 Distribution, DC1 Project Management and DC1 Product Configurator.
The planning routines offer powerful functionality for both long and short-term planning. Longe range planning enables you to analyse information over a long time span. MRP and Pull Planning are used for short term planning.
The reporting routine is very flexible, giving you the option to report machine hours, labour hours and material for each operation. Material can also be reported automatically if defined as backflushed material.
