On this panel you specify the information to be included in the printout and define the printing parameters.

- Details
- Indicate if detailed information is to be printed. If you set this field to NO, the following information will be printed:
- Customer number and name
- Supplier number and name
- Serial number
- Sales order number and line number
- Dispatch time
- Purchase order number and line number
- Reception date
- In stock – set to YES or NO
- In quality control – set to YES or NO
- Rejected in quality control – set to YES or NO
If set to YES, all information in the file will be printed.
- Texts
- Indicate if internal text connected to the items and serial numbers is to be printed.
- Only in stock
- Indicate if only those items which are still in stock are to be printed.
- Only in Q.C.
- Indicate if only those items which are in quality control (not yet confirmed) are to be printed.
- Only non-conforming
- Indicate if only the items in the non-conforming stock are to be printed. Items in the non-conforming stock are items that have been rejected in the quality control function, or moved to the non-conforming stock in the Work with inventory program.
