Manually create a purchase suggestion (DC1 Stock Replenishment)

  1. Select the Work with purchase suggestions menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, click Add.
  3. You access the Header panel. The following information is mandatory when you add a new suggestion:
    4. Suggestion number
    Enter a number manually or leave this field blank to let the system automatically retrieve the next available number from the Number series table.
    Supplier
    Currency
    Handler
    Manner of transport

    Click OK.

    You can now maintain the purchase suggestion by following steps outlined in Maintain a purchase suggestion (DC1 Stock Replenishment), or, you can work with the purchase suggestion lines by following the instructions detailed in Work with purchase suggestion lines (DC1 Stock Replenishment).
