This panel displays all the sections defined in the MSDS definition file. If data is defined for the section, A (active) is displayed below the St column heading.

Selection fields
- Seq
- Displays the sequence number of the section, defined in the MSDS definition file.
- Section
- Displays the section identity, defined in the MSDS definition file.
- Section heading
- Displays the section heading of the section, defined in the MSDS definition file.
- Status
- Displays A if data is defined for the section. Otherwise this field is blank.
Work with material safety data sheets, Copy (DIR72404)
- Copy to
- Enter, in the fields below, to which existing MSDS the section should be copied.
- MSDS
- Enter the identity of the existing MSDS to which you want to copy the section.
- Language
- Enter a code from the Language table indicating the language to which you are copying the section. If you leave the field blank, the section will be copied to the MSDS in all the languages in which the section is activated.
- Section
- Displays the section(s) you are copying.
- Description
- Displays the description of the section(s) you are copying. Enter a language id to copy to section. If language is blank, then the all sections that exists in all languages will be copied.
Work with material safety data sheets, Deletion (DIR72407)
The section is not physically deleted, but the information defined for the section is removed.
Note: If data exists in MSDS table data file (SROMTD) or text key file (SROMTX) for the section that should be deleted, it is not be possible to delete the section.
