This panel lists the various declarations defined in the DC1 system, based on the type of business a Belgian company is doing. These declarations are required by the NBB for the statistical compilation of payment balances.

Selection fields
- Identity
- This column lists the codes that identify the existing declarations.
- Description
- This column lists the short descriptions of the existing declarations.
- Seq
- This column lists the numbers which define the priority of the existing declarations.
Work with declaration definitions (BEGD07004)
On this panel you enter a new or maintain the details of a declaration definition.
- Declaration identity
- Enter a code to identify the declaration.
- Description
- Enter a short description of the declaration.
- Sequence
- Mandatory entry. Enter the unique sequence number of the declaration. It is used during the selection of the G/L transactions and identifies the priority of the declaration.
- Start-up program
- Optional entry. Enter the program to be called for entering the selections and parameters to submit the declaration.
Work with declaration definitions, Copy (BEGD07005)
- Identity
- Displays the identity details of the declaration you selected to copy.
- Seq
- Displays the sequence details of the declaration you selected to copy.
- Identity
- Enter the identity of the new declaration you are creating.
- Description
- Enter the description of the new declaration.
- Seq
- Enter the sequence number to define the priority of the new declaration.
