This panel displays the quantities to be dispatched for the item selected, from the start date to the end date on the delivery schedule.
The leftmost column displays the year and week. If you want to view dates instead of week number, click Date.
If the delivery schedule is a net forecast, the quantities to be dispatched are requested by the customer.
If the delivery schedule is a gross forecast, displays the quantities, calculated by the system, to be dispatched.
If a gross forecast and no quantities are displayed, one of the following applies:
- the Update order field was set to NO when the delivery schedule was retrieved and the Update order program has not been performed after the retrieval.
- the Update order field was set to YES (or the Update order program has been performed after the retrieval) and the Update order program found that there is no need to deliver the item to the customer during the period of time defined in this schedule.
- the pick list for the item to be delivered has be printed.
Note: If you click Primary quantity you can see the primary quantity. If the schedule is a net forecast, the primary quantity is the originally ordered quantity. If the schedule is a gross forecast, the primary quantity is the sales forecast defined by the customer.
