This panel displays the subtotals of the balance and/or budget information for the selected period(s) and the retrieved key values in the Query group.
You can view up to nine columns on this panel. The type of value displayed in each column is defined in the Balance enquiry template. If the query group contains more than three columns (as defined in the Balance enquiry template you are working against), you can toggle all columns by clicking the two Column X function keys.
You can also drill down to a lower-level, by double-clicking a key, to view detailed transaction information for the applicable key value. What you access depends on what has been defined in the Balance enquiry template you are working against. If a default transaction enquiry program for the template has been defined, you will access that enquiry program. If not, you will access a panel where you can select from amongst the following four preloaded enquiries to drill down on:
- DIS invoice enquiry
- A/P transaction enquiry
- A/R transaction enquiry
- G/L transaction enquiry
The number of columns that are visible on the panel depends on the selected template and which columns are activated through the Edit columns feature.
