On this panel you can maintain and/or view detailed information for the bill of routing at product configuration.
Function keys
Minutes/Decimals | Toggle between hours and minutes and hours and decimals for the operation times. |
- Selection level
- The current selection level for the configuration.
- Item
- The item to be configured on the current selection level.
- Quantity stock unit
- The quantity on which the configuration is based.
- Bill of routing
- The code that identifies the configurator bill of routing that is used for this configuration.

- Set-up time int
- The internal set-up time in hours for the operation. This time is used as a part in the Product costing calculation function in combination with the work centre hours costs. This information is also used in the workload time for manufacturing orders.
- Set-up time ext
- The external set-up time in hours for the operation. This time is used as a part in the the Product costing calculation function in combination with the work centre hours costs.
- Machine time
- The machine time in hours for the operation. This time is used as a part in the the Product costing calculation function in combination with the work centre hours costs. This information is also used in the workload time for manufacturing orders.
- Tool 1, 2
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Tools and fixtures functionality is activated in Work with companies. The code that identifies the tools (1 and 2) that are needed for the operation.
- Amount
- This field is only relevant when DC1 Manufacturing is activated. The calculated amount (additional charge) for the operation. This amount will be added to the sales price for the configured product. Note: Additional price is only added if Pricing is set to 1 (Additional price) for the configurator item.
- Prod technology
- The production technology code for the operation. This production technology code can be used as a base operation detail planning in the manufacturing order module to set the base run priority.
- Subc operation
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. Indicates if a purchase order should be created from the manufacturing order for the current operation.
- Supplier number
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. The supplier identification number for sub-contract handling.
- Subc price
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. The sub-contract price. If a price is stated this will be used for costing.
- Subc setup price
- This field is only displayed if the DC1 Manufacturing sub-contractor functionality is activated in Work with companies. If set-up price is stated and the operation is coded as a sub-contract operation this set-up price will be used in the product costing and when purchase order is created from the Manufacturing order sub-contract maintenance function.
