This panel displays recall information pertaining to your customer. You will find the quantity of recalled goods that were dispatched, the number of goods returned, request and return (BPR) information and credit order information.

Toggle this function key to view the following panel modes:
- The All panel mode displays all the dispatches made to your customer.
- The BPR panel mode displays all of your customer’s request and return transactions.
- The Credit order panel mode displays all of your customer’s credit orders.

Selection fields
- Recall number
- Displays the batch recall number.
- Batch
- Displays the batch number.
- Customer
- Displays a code from the Business partner file identifying the customer that the recalled goods were shipped to.
- Dispatched quantity
- Displays the quantity of recalled goods that were shipped to your customer.
