- This column lists the ARCOS transaction code.
- Description
- This column displays the description of the ARCOS transaction code.

- This column displays the panel value denoting the process type for the ARCOS transaction code.

- Description
- This column displays the description of the process transaction type.
- Allow manual create
- This column denotes if an ARCOS transaction is allowed to be created manually for the transaction code.
- Registrant field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Registrant number field in the created transaction.
- Registrant allow change
- This column denotes if the Reporting registrant number (if the transaction is created from a purchase order) will be open for change in the created ARCOS transaction.
- NDC number field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the NDC number field in the created transaction.
- NDC number allow change
- This column denotes if the NDC number will be open for change in the created ARCOS transaction.
- Qty field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Quantity field in the created transaction.
- Qty allow change
- This column denotes if the Quantity will be open for change in the created ARCOS transaction.
- Unit field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Unit field in the created transaction.
- Unit allow change
- This column denotes if the Unit will be open for change in the created ARCOS transaction.
- Assoc field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Associate registrant number field in the created transaction.
- Assoc allow change
- This column denotes if the Associate registrant number (if the transaction is created from a sales order) will be open for change in the ARCOS transaction.
- Order form field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Order form number field in the created transaction.
- Order form allow change
- This column denotes if the Order form number will be open for change in the ARCOS transaction.
- Trans date field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Transaction date field in the created transaction.
- Trans date allow change
- This column denotes if the Transaction date will be open for change in the ARCOS transaction.
- Strength field value
- This column displays the field value code for Mandatory (M), Optional (O) or Not used (-) denoting the behaviour of the result for the Strength field in the created transaction.
- Strength allow change
- This column denotes if the Strength will be open for change in the ARCOS transaction.
Work with ARCOS transaction codes (PHDD03004)
On this panel you can add or modify the details of the ARCOS transaction code. To enter values on this panel, the ARCOS reporting freq field must not be blank in the Pharma control file.

- Enter the panel value denoting the process type for the transaction.

- Allow manual create
- Set this field to YES if an ARCOS transaction is allowed to be created manually for the transaction code. This can be done via the Work with ARCOS transactions file.
- Field value
- For each of the following properties, which have been defined in various locations (Warehouse, Business partner, Item, Sales/Purchase order, Inventory transaction), you set this flag to Mandatory, Optional or Not used. These fields denote the behaviour of the result for this field in the created transaction.
Example 1:
If you set the Field value for Strength to Mandatory and that field is missing in the Item setup, then the ARCOS transaction will be created in error and needs to be corrected. In that case, the Allow change for Strength must be set to YES.Example 2:
If you set the Field value for Registrant number to Mandatory, and the Allow change is set to YES, then the field (i.e. Reporting registrant number if the transaction was created from a purchase order, or Associate registrant number if the transaction was created from a sales order) will be open for change in the created ARCOS transaction.- Registrant number

Work with ARCOS transaction codes, Copy (PHDD03005)
- Code
- Displays the ARCOS transaction code you selected to copy.
- New code
- Enter the new ARCOS transaction code that you are creating. The description of the copied code will be copied to this new code, but can be changed in Change mode.
