On this panel you add new field messages and then update them in the DC1 message file.
Options
| Select | By default, the system selects all standard field messages. Leave as is or deselect those not applicable. When you click OK the new field message will only be created for those records selected. |
- Field msg no serie
- Enter the prefix for the field message.
- Field msg number
- Enter the field message number.
- Field name
- Enter the field name that will eventually replace the information in brackets.
- Field length
- Enter the valid length for the field name in the first input field. If the field name is a numeric field, enter the decimal position in the second input field.
- Subset
- Enter the subset in which the new field message will belong.
- Identity
- PTF/Mod number
- Message suffix
- Displays the suffix of the field message.
- Message text
- Displays the text of the message. The information in brackets will be replaced with the Field name defined above.
