On this panel you can select an account of the selected account part from the Account file. Active entry accounts are listed by default. The selection fields allow you to further narrow down the accounts to choose from.

Selection fields
- Account number
- This column lists the accounts of the selected account part in the Account file.
- Description
- This column lists the account descriptions.
- Ap
- Indicates the account part, entered in the Ap selection field on the main panel, of which the accounts are displayed.
- A
- Indicates if the account is active. Active accounts are listed by default. Enter NO in the A selection field on this panel to only view inactive accounts, i.e. those that are stopped for use in transaction entry. Leave the field blank to view all accounts.
- E
- Indicates if the account is an entry account, i.e. an account to which postings can be made. Entry accounts are listed by default. Enter NO in the E selection field on this panel to only view non-entry accounts. Leave the field blank to view all accounts.
