Summary identity file enquiry (FMR08303)
This panel displays detailed information for the entries in the summary identity file. Shown for each summary id is the description, whether or not it is an entry summary id, as well as the account number to which the summary id is connected.
Selection fields
- Corporate snd/rcv
- Only valid for DC1 Corporate Data Maintenance. This field contains two parts. The entry in these parts is driven by what is defined in the equivalent fields in the G/L control file for the account parts in the Account file.
- If you are in the Sending company and the Corporate snd flag is defined as OPTIONAL in the G/L control file, then this field indicates if you want to activate/inactivate future sending of ACCOUNT data. If the code in the G/L control file is MANDATORY, then this flag is YES. If the code is NOT ALLOWED, then this snd flag is NO.
- If you are in the Receiving company and the Corporate rcv flag is defined as OPTIONAL in the G/L control file, then this field indicates if you want to activate/suspend future reception of ACCOUNT data. If the code in the G/L control file is MANDATORY, then this flag is YES. If the code is NOT ALLOWED, then this snd flag is NO.
