- This column lists the invoice number from which the rebate transaction originates.
- Line
- This column lists the invoice line number.
- Inv date
- This column lists the invoice date for the invoice line from which the rebate transaction originates.

- This column lists the item that is dispatched for the rebate transaction.
- Quantity
- This column lists the transaction quantity, i.e. the quantity that is dispatched according to the sales unit.
- Unit
- This column lists the unit of the transaction quantity, i.e. the sales unit.
- Whs
- This column lists the warehouse from where the item was dispatched.
- Rebate amount
- This column lists the rebate amount on the rebate transaction. The amount is displayed in the rebate agreement currency.

Work with rebate / target transactions, Details (DMR46204)
This is the first of the detail panels for a rebate/target pricing transaction. It displays detailed information for the transaction. The panel heading varies depending on from which menu item or from which program the program is started and depending on whether or not it is called for enquiry.
Function keys
Display system currency | For rebate transactions, toggle between rebate or system currency. For target pricing transactions, toggle between agreement or system currency. All amounts on the panel are displayed according to the selected currency. |
Rebate transaction overview | Only displayed for rebate transactions. Access the rebate transactions overview program where all rebate transactions that originate from the same invoice/purchase statistic line are displayed. |
Display reporting currency | Only available when the panel is displayed in System currency mode. Another prerequisite is that a reporting currency is defined for the company. Accesses a window where all amounts are displayed in both system and reporting currency. |
- Invoice no
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions or target pricing transactions. Displays the invoice document type followed by the invoice number from which the customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates.
- Order number
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the purchase order number from which the supplier rebate transaction originates.
- Invoice line
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions or target pricing transactions. Displays the invoice line number on the invoice from which the customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates.
- Order line
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the purchase order line number on the order from which the supplier rebate transaction originates.
- Invoice date
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions or target pricing transactions. Displays the invoice date for the invoice from which the customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates.
- Rec date
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the reception date for the purchase order line from which the supplier rebate transaction originates.
- Customer
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions or target pricing transactions. Displays the customer and the customer name on the invoice from which the customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates.
- Supplier
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the supplier and the supplier name on the purchase order from which the supplier rebate transaction originates.
- Rebate receiver
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions. Displays the customer to which the rebates for the agreement are paid. The name of the rebate receiver is also displayed.
- Rebate payer
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the supplier from whom the rebates for the agreement are claimed. The name of the rebate payer is also displayed.
- Item
- For a customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction, this field displays the item on the invoice line from which the rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates. For a supplier rebate transaction, it displays the received item on the purchase order line from which the rebate transaction originates.
- Rebate receiver item
- Only displayed for customer rebate transactions. Displays the customer item for the rebate receiver on the rebate agreement from which the customer rebate transaction originates.
- Rebate payer item
- Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions. Displays the rebate item for the rebate payer on the rebate agreement from which the supplier rebate transaction originates.
- Warehouse
- For a customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction, this field displays the warehouse from where the item was dispatched. For a supplier rebate transaction, this field displays the warehouse to where the item was received.
- Area
- For a customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction, this field displays the area for the customer on the invoice line from which the rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates. For a supplier rebate transaction, this field displays the area for the supplier on the purchase order from which the rebate transaction originates.
- Cost centre
- For a customer rebate transaction or target pricing transaction, this field displays the cost centre for invoice line from which the rebate transaction or target pricing transaction originates. For a supplier rebate transaction, displays the cost centre for the purchase order from which the rebate transaction originates.
- Status
- Displays the rebate transaction or target pricing transaction status.

- Tgt contrib
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Indicates if a rebate transaction has contributed to the target turnover accumulation on the rebate agreement header.
- Reb qualify
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Indicates if a rebate transaction has qualified for a rebate. If so, the rebate transaction has also contributed to the agreement turnover on the rebate agreement header.
- Target UOM
- For rebate transactions, this field displays the selected target unit of measure defined on the rebate agreement header, from which the rebate transaction originates. Two target UOMs exist; Turnover and Quantity/Unit.
For target pricing transactions, this field displays the target unit of measure defined on the target pricing agreement header, from which the target transaction originates. Two target UOMs exist; Turnover/Currency and Quantity/Unit.
- Rate UOM
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the selected rate unit of measure defined on the rebate agreement header, from which the rebate transaction originates. Three rate UOMs exist; Turnover %, Amount/Unit and Fixed amount.
- Rebate calc type
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the selected rebate calculation type defined on the rebate agreement header, from which the rebate transaction originates.
- Agt turnover floor
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the amount/quantity from where to start calculating rebates.
- Agt turnover ceiling
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the amount/quantity up to which rebates are calculated.
Rebate calculation
The following fields are only applicable for rebate transactions.
- Rebate currency
- If you are in rebate currency mode (i.e. you clicked the Display rebate currency function key), this field displays the rebate agreement currency that is defined on the rebate agreement header, from which the rebate transaction originates. When in this mode, all amounts on the panel are displayed according to this currency.
- System currency
- If you are in system currency mode (i.e. you clicked the Display system currency function key), this field displays the system currency. When in this mode, all amounts on the panel are displayed according to this currency.
- Applied rate
- Displays the rate that is applied to the rebate transaction. Depending on the defined rate UOM on the rebate agreement header, this field either displays a percentage value or an amount. If the amount is displayed, the rate UOM unit is displayed to the right of the amount (for example: 1234.56 / EACH).
- Curr target turnover
- Displays the current target turnover, i.e. the current target turnover for the rebate agreement header when this rebate transaction was created (including this line). The value in this field depends on the target UOM. It can either be an amount or a quantity. When a quantity is displayed, the target UOM unit is displayed to the right of the quantity.
- Fcst target turnover
- Displays the forecasted target turnover, valid when the rebate transaction was created. The value in this field depends on the target UOM. It can either be an amount or a quantity. When a quantity is displayed, the target UOM unit is displayed to the right of the quantity.
- Curr agmt turnover
- Displays the current agreement turnover, i.e. the current agreement turnover for the rebate agreement header when this rebate transaction was created (including this line). The value in this field depends on the rate UOM. It can either be an amount or a quantity. When a quantity is displayed, the rate UOM unit is displayed to the right of the quantity.
- Fcst agmt turnover
- Displays the forecasted agreement turnover, valid when the rebate transaction was created. The value in this field depends on the rate UOM. It can either be an amount or a quantity. When a quantity is displayed, the rate UOM unit is displayed to the right of the quantity.
- Line net value
- Displays the line net value for the invoice/purchase order line, from which the rebate transaction originates. It is the line net value excluding VAT that is displayed.
- Rebate amount
- As long as a rebate transaction is not selected for a rebate claim/payment, this field displays the rebate amount for the rebate transaction. This can either be a calculated amount or a manually changed amount. When a rebate transaction belongs to a rebate claim/payment, this field displays the transaction field for claim/pay amount.
- Quantity
- Displays the transaction quantity. For a customer rebate transaction this is the dispatched quantity in sales unit on the invoice line from which the rebate transaction originates. For a supplier rebate transaction this is the received quantity in purchase unit on the purchase order line from which the rebate transaction originates. The actual unit code is displayed to the right of the quantity value.
- Adjusted reb amount
- If the paid/claimed rebate amount has been adjusted, this field displays the adjusted rebate amount (i.e. the value in the actual field for the adjusted rebate amount from the rebate transactions adjusted rebates file minus the original rebate amount from the rebate transaction file).
- Quantity stock unit
- Displays the transaction quantity converted into stock unit.
- Calc rebate amount
- Displays the calculated rebate amount. Normally it is the same amount as in the Rebate amount field. But if the rebate amount is manually changed for a rebate transaction, this field displays the originally calculated rebate amount. When a rebate amount is selected for a rebate claim/payment, this field displays the rebate amount that is actually calculated for this transaction. If the transaction is selected for the claim/payment before the rebate agreement header is closed, it is possible that the claim/pay amount and the calculated rebate amount differs in the event that the rebate agreement is rebuilt.
- Qty target UOM unit
- Displays the transaction quantity converted to the defined target UOM unit that can be defined on the rebate agreement header. This field is only displayed if the selected target UOM on the rebate agreement header is equal to Quantity/Unit.
- Qty rate UOM unit
- Displays the transaction quantity converted to the defined rate UOM unit that can be defined on the rebate agreement header. This field is only displayed if the selected rate UOM on the rebate agreement header is equal to Amount/Unit.
Target accumulation
The following fields are only applicable for target pricing transactions.
- Agreement currency
- If you are in agreement currency mode (i.e. you clicked the Display agreement currency function key), this field displays the target pricing agreement currency that is defined on the target pricing agreement header, from which the target pricing transaction originates. When in this mode, all amounts on the panel are displayed according to this currency.
- Curr accumulated tgt
- Displays the current accumulated target value for the target pricing agreement header when this target pricing transaction was created (including this line).
- Line net value
- Displays the net value for the invoice line.
- Quantity
- Displays the quantity on the invoice line.
- Quantity stock unit
- Displays stock unit for the quantity.

This panel is always the first panel displayed when Work with customer/suppler rebate transactions is accessed from a menu item. It can also be accessed when the More selections function key is pressed on the Work with Customer/Supplier rebate transactions or Work with target pricing agreements, Target transactions panel. It allows you to enter selection criteria in order to carry out an advanced selection over what rebate or target pricing transactions to display on the panel. For rebate transactions, this is the first of the three More selections panels.

- Receiver reference/Payer reference
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. For a customer rebate agreement, displays reference for the rebate receiver to which the rebates for the agreement are paid. For a supplier rebate agreement, displays reference for the supplier from whom the rebates for the agreement are claimed.
- Claim method
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the claim method that is defined for the rebate agreement from which the transaction originates. Only displayed for supplier rebate transactions because the pay method for a customer transaction is always equal to 2 for claim using A/R.
- Accrual type
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the selected accrual type for the rebate agreement from which the transaction originates.
- Affect margin
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Denotes if rebates from this agreement are to be considered to affect the margin when rebate statistics are run.
- Fictitious item
- Only displayed for rebate transactions. Displays the fictitious item that is defined for the rebate agreement from which the transaction originates. The entered fictitious item ends up as the item on the claim/payment orders that are created. This is normally only displayed for a rebate transaction originating from an agreement with claim method equal to 2 (A/R). If, however, Rebate VAT is set to NO for the agreement, the fictitious item for an A/P claim method could be displayed. The fictitious item can, in this case, be used to find the correct zero-rated VAT handling code.
- XXXXX
- Displays the agreement keys for the rebate or target pricing agreement from which the transactions originate. The displayed keys differ depending on the keys defined on the agreement header. For rebate transactions, the keys also differ depending on whether agreement keys or target keys are displayed.

Work with supplier rebate transactions (DMR46216)
This panel is displayed when Work with supplier rebate transactions is accessed from the menu item. Supplier rebate transactions are displayed. It is possible to delete a transaction or to change the rebate amount.
Options
Claim info | Select this option to access the panel displaying claim information for the rebate transaction. This option can only be used for claimed transactions (status = C). |

Work with customer rebate agreements/rebate payment headers, Rebate transactions (DMR46219)
This panel is displayed when rebate transactions are displayed either for a customer rebate agreement or from a rebate payment. Only the transactions belonging to the agreement/payment are displayed. For rebate payments the purpose of this panel is two-fold: you can either work with a rebate payment that is not yet paid or perform adjustment of a rebate payment that has been already paid.
The available options vary depending on the calling mode.
Options

Display rebate payment | This option is only available when the panel is displayed for a customer rebate agreement. Select this option to access the detail panel for the rebate agreement header from which the transaction originates. |

De-select | This option is only available when this panel is called from Work with rebate payments, and the payment is not yet paid. Select this option to remove transactions from the rebate payment. It will not delete the actual transaction. |
Adjust payment | This option is only available when the panel is called for rebate payment adjustment. Select this option to access a panel where it is possible to adjust the paid transaction. |
Full withdrawal | This option is only available when the panel is called for rebate payment adjustment. Select this option when the whole rebate on the paid transaction is to be withdrawn. As a confirmation the adjust payment panel is displayed without any possibility to change anything. |
Display rebate agreement | This option is only available when panel is displayed for a rebate payment. Select this option to access the detail panel for the rebate agreement header from which the transaction originates. |
Function keys
Confirm adjustments | This function key is only displayed when the program is called for adjustment of rebates and in the situation where at least one transaction is actually adjusted. Pressing enter on the panel in this situation will have no effect. Instead this function key is used to confirm the adjusted rebates. |

Work with supplier rebate agreements, Rebate transactions (DMR46222)
This panel is displayed when rebate transactions are displayed either for a supplier rebate agreement or from a rebate claim. Only the transactions belonging to the agreement/claim are displayed. For rebate claims the purpose of this panel is two-fold: you can either work with a rebate claim that is not yet claimed or perform adjustment of a rebate claim that has already been claimed.
The available options vary depending on the calling mode.
Options

De-select | This option is only available when this panel is called from Work with rebate claims, and the claim is not yet claimed. Select this option to remove transactions from the rebate claim/payment. It will not delete the actual transaction. |

Full withdrawal | This option is only available when the panel is called for rebate claim adjustment. Select this option when the whole rebate on the paid/claimed transaction is to be withdrawn. As a confirmation the adjust payment/claim panel is displayed without any possibility to change anything. |
Display rebate agreement | This option is only available when the panel is displayed for a rebate claim. Select this option to access the detail panel for the rebate agreement header from which the transaction originates. |

Function keys
Confirm adjustments | This function key is only displayed when the program is called for adjustment of rebates and in the situation where at least one transaction is actually adjusted. Pressing enter on the panel in this situation will have no effect. Instead this function key is used to confirm the adjusted rebates. |

If a supplier rebate transaction is incorrectly claimed or if a customer rebate transaction is incorrectly paid, this can be adjusted on this panel. Here it is possible to adjust the rebate amount on the claimed/paid rebate transactions. It is only possible to adjust a rebate transaction once.
